One week, two hours and about 30 minutes since I found out about George's death, and it still doesn't seem real.Today, at 6pm Scotland time, George's family and friends joined together for his wake, with the funeral tomorrow morning.
Many of the Celtic Thunder fans have decided to place a white rose in a body water (river, lake, stream, ocean-- whatever is close to them) as a way of saying goodbye to George. Closer for the fans who can't (and honestly shouldn't) go to the funeral.
My rose was thrown into the Susquehanna River in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
